GlitchForge

GlitchForge is a free mage processing application specializing in glitch effects (effects like broken images). By applying various effects to the source image data, you can easily add complex glitch effects to the image.

For example, you can separate the individual signals of the image with channel shift FX and add fringe, generate intentional pixel errors with various block noise generators, or reproduce screen tearing by shifting the scan line. Each built-in effect has multiple parameters, and you can customize the behavior in detail (you can also assign expressions and macros like AfterEffects if you want). What's more, these effects can be cascaded indefinitely and combined freely, creating unique glitch effects with almost unlimited variations. The randomize feature can also help you create design inspiration by creating unpredictable artifacts.
